Wishing you could save a bit more for the honeymoon?

Let me help...

First, a consultation with you to decide what you would like for your wedding. Natalie and Josh shared some of the pics from their wedding day with me this week.Natalie and Josh's wedding reflected their fun personalities. We used hues of hot pink and mango accented with chocolate brown. Natalie and her mom created table toppers out of vintage fabric, and I used roses, peonies, and daisies in the bouquets and the table centerpieces. We also incorported vintage columns and containers in the ceremony and the reception.

a likenshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12183886372179013911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33438353.post-47823789940554737092008-02-12T16:54:00.009-06:002008-03-21T12:41:48.588-05:002008 Brides to BeA few brides have emailed me asking if I am still in business.

I am for certain still here and ready to go! August and September 2007 were very full months with 4 weddings, 6 events at The Village Church, a home robbery, and a move to a new home, so after some much needed rest I am ready to start up again. I have been contacted by brides for April, June, July, and August so if you are in the works for those months you may want to give me a call soon.

I did have the pleasure of doing flowers for a my friend Rachel in January (she is a photographer listed on my blog! I used a combination roses, James Storeii Orchids, and deep red hypericom berry to create the bouquets and boutinerres. My favorite piece had to have been the floral wristlets for Kristie's House Party. Each lady was able to slip on a wristlet that was not cumbersome or over the top.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiiFTd3_YMkODhffuU5J1D-HciseUuG0VuyC77PEgomKxZhThJ-rhq3afHcVAwLNX9tp5hu4vQS1qnfAf4zHe8LBDGZ6GZRkSCrpUVnHdpiCAbnEHt-5Fvk-c4bVkv1KAV63EVkYw/s320/allbouquets.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5039993637515786722" />

Photography by Jamie Rogers
a likenshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12183886372179013911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33438353.post-1159446747072858532006-09-28T07:28:00.000-05:002007-01-31T15:24:28.190-06:00Mandy and Mark Stenberg

The Stenberg wedding was lots of fun and extremely busy. Not only did I do all of the florals and decorations for the wedding, but I also had the priviledge of acting as the maid of honor, seeing as Mandy is my big sister.

The wedding took place in Ames, Iowa, and Mary Kay's Flowers opened their doors and sweet hearts to let me come in and work out of their shop. The owner, Melanie, was more than gracious and welcoming. I also would like to thank Mandy's sweet friend Becky. She not only provided a home for the bride before the wedding, she also ventured into a gracious neighbors yard and harvested over 50 stems of beautiful Viburnum. I was spoiled by the generosity of God's nature in Iowa.

Mandy and Mark are lots of fun and we wanted to express that in the colors and flowers that we chose. The Bridal bouquet came together with Freedom and Tamango Roses, Viburnum, green Hypericum Berry, chocolate cosmos and smoke bush for accents, and an assorment of spray roses in deep tones of orange and red. The Bridesmaids each carried a composite of one of the flowers we used in Mandy's bouquet, and the Groom and Groomsmen wore chocolate cosmos finished with a chocolate ribbon.

I hope you enjoy the photos taken by Kris Gardner.a likenshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12183886372179013911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33438353.post-1156707137527055412006-08-27T14:30:00.000-05:002007-04-11T15:26:43.900-05:00Your Wedding
Romantic, modern, timeless, playful, or casual.

From the Bride's bouquet to the flowers on the cake, it is my pleasure to create an ambiance that shares your lives with friends and family and to provide a backdrop for memorable moments.

Your personalities may be reflected in one style or a marriage of styles.
